On the beginning of our trip we got to see all the nomadic people begin to stabilize the Japanese culture. They did so by morphing from nomads to more stationary and having village lifestyles. During this time we noticed the people creating fascinating pottery, clay figures, and statues. We figured out that they had overcome their adversities and were able to have free time to make these ceramic pieces. During Middle Jomon at around 3000-2000 BCE, the Japanese population rose along with the temperature and the sea level. Near the end of the Jomon era, Final Jomon (1000-300 BCE,) the Japanese took a giant step in their technology and in their whole way of life. We noticed many things that took place and these amazing feats will be detailed in the next few pages.
